Found you via Love that Max and just wanted to...Hi! Found you via Love that Max and just wanted to say I identify with this so much. I'm an adult, former 26-weeker preemie with a brain injury and I have always had issues with this but especially so as a young child. My mum told me when I used to watch Postman Pat videos there was a scene where he would fall off his ladder (and cry out) and I would know when it was coming up and beg her to fast-forward it. I even did the same with books! I also feel it is linked with my Sensory Processing issues (hate, HATE sudden loud noises). I remember seeing a play where a light was put on that looked like a bomb fuse and I just froze even though after a while I saw it was a light and would not detonate!
